Military Fixed Blade

Nothing beats the durability and simplicity of a fixed blade.   With no moving springs or blade locks these knives require very little maintenance and although not as compact as a folding knife they in return offer unmatched reliability as the blade cannot be moved or folded away (meaning that it's always ready for use).  This type of knife may feature any combination of camouflage, paracord, gut hooks, jimping, compasses, and water tight storage compartments designed to enhance efficiency.  Due to the intended use these knives are normally made from a thicker corrosion resistant stainless steel giving them a heavy duty feel while also adding resiliency to outdoor elements.
