Bolster Lock Knives

A bolster lock is a works in much the same way as lever lock except that the bolster is used instead of using a lever to engage and disengage the locking pin.  This gives an added benefit that the lock is hidden creating a smooth profile on the handle of the knife. Also like lever locks, bolster locks are primarily found on Italian style switchblades.
