This spring assisted stiletto knife from Pacific Solutions is equipped with a 3.5" combination serrated edge Spear Point 440C Stainless Steel blade that is .11" in thickness.  This provides the longevity, durability, and corrosion resistance found in some of the most expensive cutlery!  The blade is mated to a durable Stainless Steel Frame with textured polymer USA ABS Punisher Skull print scales making for a secure, lightweight feel with an aggressive look. Add to all this, a handy / removable and you have a knife that is conveniently suited to most tasks making it great for an EDC (everyday carry) while also making a statement.

The spring assisted knife, in contrast to a standard automatic switchblade knife, is not opened by pressing an activating button (the button is what gets an automatic knife classified as illegal in some municipalities.) , it is opened by using the index-open "flipper", which creates a hand guard when it is open.

To summarize the internal spring featured in this knife assists and finishes the opening process once the index flipper is pushed. That's right!!! Once the blade has reached a 30-40 degree angle, it automatically slams open the rest of the way with the force of a switchblade!!!
