This spring assisted knife is equipped with a 3mm 2.75" long Compact single-edged Drop Point Razor Sharp Bead Blasted 3CR13 Stainless Steel Tanto Style Blade which provides the longevity, durability, and corrosion resistance found in some of the most expensive cutlery! The spring assisted knife, in contrast to a standard automatic switchblade knife, is not opened by pressing an activating button (the button is what gets an automatic knife classified as illegal in some municipalities.) , it is opened by using the index-open "flipper" or thumbstud, which creates a hand guard when it is open.
